Welcome to the fourth instalment of POSEDOWN, the Cutting Edge Blog series dissecting the proper execution of the bodybuilding mandatory poses. In this edition we will be discussing how to perform the Lat Spread. This pose is mandatory only for the men, women can incorporate the Lat spread into onstage presentations or posing routines, but this pose will not be included in the call outs for comparison rounds.

There are a large variety of ways to accomplish this. Today we will be looking at one trick I like to use which incorporates "cheat reps" to your advantage.
