My trip to Mexico!

Hello everyone! I just completed my first vacation in 6 years. I went to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico and stayed at the Royal Decameron All-Inclusive Resort. I would recommend this destination to anyone. This resort had a little bit of everything for everyone. If you wanted a relaxing vacation on the beach you could do that. If you wanted activities for the kids - you could do that. If you wanted a variety of excursions treking thru the wilderness - you could do that. If you wanted to let your hair down and party hard - you could do that too.

I often get questions from bodybuilders about how to bring up the Long Head of the Triceps muscle. Just remember that the most important concept to understand is you must reach failure. There are a large variety of ways to accomplish this. Today we will be looking at one trick I like to use which incorporates "cheat reps" to your advantage.
