Certified Personal Trainer Specialist Brandi Burns has been an active athlete her whole life. She firmly believes that fitness and proper nutrition are the keys to a healthy lifestyle.
Brandi began bodybuilding in 2001, first as an attempt to gain weight for martial arts competitions, but quickly fell in love with the sport and began competing.
Brandi now helps her clients realize their own potential and accomplish their fitness, athletic, and weight loss goals.
