Carbs

Today I am going to talk a little bit about carbs because for reasons that I do not understand some "experts" would like to try and fool the public into believing that carbs are bad and will make you fat. While I think it is hard to deny that in the past 20 years we as a species have generally gotten fatter, carbs are not the villain as much as convenience foods are, and yes this includes so called fitness products such as certain protein bars (which is more like a chocolate bar with some protein in it).
